    I can relate to your lack of ability to “say no” in so many ways. While I am not paleo, I am a gluten free plant based mom of 2 (under age 5) who runs ultras, has 3 jobs and a spouse … oh yea and somewhere in there I sleep aka recover. While diet plays a huge role in our lives, training and recovery, I truly believe sleep and relaxation (they are different) plays a much bigger role. Amazing what stress and the many forms it can resemble has on our health. Glad you are back on the road to trails and recovery.

    Well I’m on the Paleo train myself. Suffered a similar stretch of fatigue since last summer. I attribute it somewhat to stress and poor sleeping habits, but curious to see if a few switch-ups lead to better days. I believe my demise was caffeine. Caffeine controlled me. Never again. 2014 is going to be a stellar year.
